Rep. Sutherland speaks against bill limiting size of firearms magazines. Senate Bill 5078 would ban the sale, manufacture, or transfer of firearms magazines able to hold more than 10 rounds.
Sutherland says it violates Second Amendment rights and limits the ability of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves and their families.
